About Us

Classes taught under the guidance of 1st degree Black Belt Brian Baker. Children will gain an understanding of jiu jitsu with a focus on self defense. As skills develop, advancements in rank will be awarded. Each class will have dynamic movement and position training rooted in self defense. 

Under the guidance of 1st degree Black Belt Brian Baker, adults will learn basic and intermediate skills in Gracie jiu jitsu applicable to all ages and skills. Most classes will end with an open mat period where newly acquired skills can be put to the test.
